Storm-water run off and pollution is causing the Barnegat Bay harm.
That's why members of the Barnegat Bay National Estuary Program are turning their focus on water quality and ways to improve conditions. Ocean County Freeholder Joe Vicari says the bay is so much more than just a pretty sight...
The group will continue to look at fundraising efforts for additional research on how to protect the natural resource.
