Schools Enlist In The Battle Against Childhood Obesity

Childhood obesity is the next battle for Ocean County health officials and school administrators.
On April 8th, Toms River Regional School District Food Services Director Peter Brattan will meet with superintendents from around the county to discuss his ideas.
One being considered? In-school breakfast.
Other ideas include core curriculum discussions regarding the benefits of a healthy diet.
