Realtors Optimistic About Summer Rentals

As the economy continues to improve realtors are anticipating a great summer at the Jersey Shore.
Claudia Gearhart with the Ocean County Board of Realtors says with the snow gone more and more people are calling and scheduling appointments to look at Shore rentals for this summer but there are always those people that wait until the last minute to try and get a bargain.
Gearhart says most people don't rent for more than two weeks but she blames busy schedules not the economy.
