Home Secuirty System Activation Leads To Hunt For Burgular

The activation of a home security system leads to the search for a burglar in Brick.
Police Captian John Rein says a security company alerted them of the alarm activation at a home in the Herbertsville section near Maple Avenue and Burnt Tavern Road where a rear door was kicked in. Captain Rein says police and K-9 officers tracked the suspect for several blocks and the scent ended. Rein says they're also trying to determine if another buglary in the area is related.
