MY IDEAL VACATION SPOT: Disney World! ...And with three kids under 7, I have plenty of opportunities to experience the magic through the eyes of a child!
IF I HAD YOU OVER FOR DINNER, I WOULD MAKE YOU...a spring mix salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing; sea scallops sautéed with garlic and butter, tossed with penne pasta and julienne cuts of carrots and zucchini in a butter and dill sauce; and a hot apple crisp topped with French vanilla ice cream (yum!)
YOU WOULD BE SUPRISED TO KNOW THAT I....have acquired a vast knowledge about goldfish keeping, aquarium maintenance and how to nurse sick goldfish.
