It's great to be back home after so many years away! I may have been born in Wisconsin (go Brewers!) but there's no question that I'm a Jersey boy, having grown up in Highland Park (HPHS class of '96). College and work took me all over after that (CT, MA, PA, DC), but in the summer of 2007, the powers that be in NJ radio finally gave in to my relentless pestering and brought me home to The Garden State.
It's been great rediscovering all that New Jersey and the Shore have to offer; from amazing beaches and great music venues to fantastic food and all the little quirks there are to discover. When I'm not on the air at 92.7 WOBM you can probably find me cheering on the home team at a Lakewood Blueclaws game, taking my dog for a walk at the Brick Resevoir, or finding one of the many hidden gems that the Jersey Shore has to offer (if you live here, you know what I'm talking about!).

A note about adult pet adoption
See that little dog there? That's my Sydney. I adopted her from a shelter when she was around 6 years old. They found her as a stray so we don't know exactly how old she is or even exactly what her breed is. But I can't begin to tell you what a perfect companion she is. She has a great personality, she was already trained when I got her, and she couldn't be sweeter. As my first dog, she's been perfect. When you're thinking about adding a pet to your family, I strongly encourage you to consider adopting an adult pet from a shelter. Some people shy away from adopting adults because the puppies and kittens are just so darn cute, but an adult dog or cat could be the perfect fit for your family.
