1.  No purchase necessary. Contestants must be 18 years old or older and a permanent resident of New Jersey to participate and to be eligible to win. Persons who are owners or employees of WOBM-FM, Millennium Radio Group, LLC, contest sponsors, their associated advertising agencies and their immediate families, as well as employees of other radio and television stations and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in or win this contest.

2.  On-air qualification will run weekdays beginning Monday, April 28, 2008 continuing through Tuesday, June 10, 2008.  The grand prize party will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at The Captain’s Inn, Lacey Road, Forked River, NJ from 6pm until 8pm EST.  WOBM-FM reserves the right to change these times, days and dates without prior notification.

3. Eligible listeners may visit WOBM.com to register for this contest by 3pm EDT on Monday, June 9, 2008.  In order to register for this contest, listeners must be a member of WOBM’s Loyal Listener Club.  Any listener that is not a member of the WOBM Loyal Listener Club may join for free at WOBM.com, then register for this contest.  During the contest dates listed above, WOBM-FM will announce the name of a WOBM Loyal Listener Club member between 9am and 6pm EDT that has registered for this contest in the means listed above.  WOBM reserves the right to announce as many names during that time as well as reserves sole discretion as to what times the names will be announced on-air.  The person who was announced on-air has ten (10) minutes to call 732-237-9626 and speak to the on-air announcer.  Once the on-air announcer verifies his or her address, he or she wins $92.70, and qualifies for a chance to win the grand prize.  Only the person who was announced may call back to claim the prize and be eligible for the grand prize.  If the person that was announced does not call back within the allotted time, their prize is forfeited and they do not qualify for the grand prize.  The decision of the judges is final.  WOBM-FM is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions or any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his or her telephone call. 

Any selected contestant who does not meet the eligibility requirements, does not wish to participate in the grand prize contest, or who is unable or unwilling to attend the grand prize event will be disqualified.  An alternate contestant may then be randomly selected per the procedures outlined above, time permitting.  Decisions of judges in the selection of contestants, and all matters related to this contest are final.

Qualified contestants must be present at the designated date, time and location in order to participate in the grand prize contest (date and time TBD). Any contestant who fails to appear by the required deadline as determined by sponsor prior to the conclusion of the dice roll contest attempts will be disqualified, and will be ineligible to participate or claim any prize.  Disqualified contestants will not receive any alternate prize attempts, prize substitution or compensation.  WOBM reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the date, time or location of the grand prize contest event.  Selected contestants will be notified of any changes at the time of their selection and/or notification, or will receive notification from sponsor prior to the scheduled grand prize event.

Only the qualified contestants will be eligible to participate.  Maximum of (92) eligible contestants will be qualified to participate in the grand prize contest.  Contestant qualification and participation is non-transferable.  No other individual may participate on behalf of a selected contestant.  Difficulties with getting to location to participate in the contest are not the responsibility of WOBM. 

Grand Prize Contest:  In order for a grand prize to be awarded, an eligible contestant must print and sign their full name on the first unoccupied line of the provided official contestant registration form prior to their dice roll attempt. Each contestant will receive a maximum of one (1) dice roll attempt.  Eligible contestants will roll in the order as determined by sponsor.  Each eligible contestant must roll all 6 dice provided by Sponsor and have each die come to rest with the predetermined winning side face up, on a single roll attempt.  The winning symbols for this contest are: P-A-Y-O-F-F. 

Eligible dice roll attempt requirements

• All dice roll attempts must occur in the presence of the contest administrators, and must be recorded on video tape in its entirety.  Any dice roll attempt not in the presence of the contest administrator, or that is not video taped for any reason will be disqualified and is not eligible for the grand prize;
• Contestants will not be permitted to take any practice or warm-up tosses prior to their attempt. Once a die has been rolled, their attempt is considered to be started.
• Each eligible contestant must roll all 6 dice all at one time.  Contestants may not attempt to change the outcome of any rolled die, by hitting the die with a subsequent roll attempt;
• Each die must be tossed in a completely random manner that does not allow the contestant to “set” or “slide” the dice, alter or influence the random outcome of the roll;
• Each die must be rolled a minimum of 2-feet in distance from the contestant, in order to prevent the contestant from altering, affecting, influencing, or enhancing the random outcome of any roll.  The contest administrator will designate the demarcation line that each die must cross during the roll;
• All dice must come to rest lying flat;
• All dice must land on and remain on the designated dice rolling surface;
• No rolled die may come in contact with any person or object other than the designated rolling surfaces or walls.
• If any die comes in contact with another person or object (other than the dice roll surface or designated walls or backstop) for any reason; or if any person or object in any way interferes, alters, changes, influences or affects the random outcome of the roll, then the entire attempt is disqualified and the contestant may not receive another attempt.

The following will result in the contestant being required to re-roll their entire dice roll attempt:
If any of the following outcomes occur, that dice roll attempt is disqualified and the contestant will be granted a maximum of one re-roll attempt (the contestant must re-roll all 6 dice):

• If the contest administrator deems that any die has failed to cross the dice roll demarcation line;
• If any die is leaning in any manner; 
• If any die leaves the designated dice roll playing surface;
• If any contestant inadvertently drops a die as they are preparing to roll, and the dropped die does not meet the eligible dice roll requirements as stated in the contest rules.

In all circumstances, an eligible contestant may have a maximum of one re-roll attempt.  In the event of a second ineligible dice roll, their entire dice roll attempt will be disqualified and the contestant will not be eligible for any prize claim regardless of the outcome of their roll.

Prize Awards & Delivery:

Grand Prize (P-A-Y-O-F-F):  In the event of a successful dice roll attempt by an eligible contestant, that contestant will be eligible to claim the grand prize, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.  The grand prize award is as follows:  $500,000 Cash.

A maximum (1) grand prize will be awarded.  In the event of multiple winning attempts by eligible contestants, then the cash value of the grand prize will be evenly split among eligible winning contestants.  In the event there is no eligible contestant who successfully completes the grand prize winning requirements according to these official rules, then the grand prize will not be awarded.

Station Rolls on behalf of contestant who are present:  If any of the (92) eligible contestants are not present for the grand prize event, then at the conclusion of the dice roll contest by contestants who are present, the station shall appoint one or more ‘Celebrity Rollers’ who may attempt the dice roll contest a maximum of one time for each contestant who is not present and has been disqualified.  If any ‘Celebrity Roller’ successfully completes the grand prize contest requirements – then the cash value of the grand prize will be evenly split among all eligible contestants who are currently present for the grand prize event.  Any disqualified finalists will not receive any prize or share of the prize.  Note:  The Celebrity Roller attempts will not count towards the bonus prize (see below).

Bonus Prize – Mortgage Free Summer:  The contestant who has successfully rolled the most winning letters during their contest attempt the bonus prize, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.  The bonus prize award is as follows:  $5,000 Cash, towards the payment of the winning contestant’s mortgage payments for July and August (for a “mortgage free summer”).  Bonus prize winner shall receive a maximum of $5,000 Cash, regardless of the actual total of their mortgage payments for July and August. 

A maximum (1) bonus prize will be awarded.  In the event of any tie among eligible contestants at the conclusion of the dice roll contest (i.e. each contestant has rolled the same number of winning letters), then Sponsor shall conduct a ‘Roll-Off’ among the tied contestants.  Each tied contestant shall receive one (1) additional roll of the dice.  The contestant who rolls the most winning letters during the ‘Roll Off’ will be declared the bonus prize winner.  In the event of a remaining tie after the first Roll-Off attempt, the process will continue until there is only one contestant remaining who will be declared the bonus prize winner.  NOTE:  The grand prize will be awarded for any contestant who rolls all 6-dice face-up on PAYOFF during a bonus prize Roll-Off contest attempt. 

4.  Prize winners will be required to pick up prize (check) at the WOBM-FM office at 1015 Route 9, Bayville, NJ 08721 during regular business hours when instructed. Checks may take up to sixty (60) days to be available for redemption.  Winners must show legal identification, provide their social security number, a signature and complete W-9 tax paperwork and a release form provided by WOBM-FM to claim his or her prize.  Prize winners will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes and fees, including income tax.  WOBM-FM will provide winners with an accumulated prize value of $600 or more during the course of a calendar year from any Millennium Radio owned station with 1099 form when required.  Any winner that does not provide the above information and/or complete the necessary paperwork will forfeit his or her prize.  All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of official notification that the prize is available to be claimed. WOBM-FM is not responsible for delivery of any prize to any winner.  Unclaimed prizes after thirty (30) days of notification will be forfeited and become the sole property of WOBM-FM.  Prizes are non-transferable. No prize may be substituted or exchanged for other prizes. 

5.  Any person who is discovered by the station that he or she is or was not eligible to participate in the contest shall have no legal or other claim to any prize, whether prospective only, awarded but not received, or awarded and received. The determination of eligibility or ineligibility shall be binding on all persons who enter or seek to enter the contest and is final.  Any person who receives a prize but is found by Millennium to be ineligible to participate in the contest, for any reason, shall return the full prize, without any deduction or offset, within seven (7) business days of having been notified in writing of Millennium’s decision.   .

6.  Winners forever release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Millennium Radio Group, LLC, their officers, employees and directors from and for any claim liability, income tax, loss or damage caused by or arising out of participation in a contest and/or use of a prize.

7.  All winners must provide Millennium Radio Group, LLC with their social security number before prize is awarded.  Prize winners will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes and fees, including income tax.

8.  Void where prohibited by law.

9.  Prizes may have been furnished for promotional or advertising consideration.

10.  Only one (1) qualified contestant per residential address will be eligible to win within thirty (30) calendar days.

11.  WOBM-FM and its authorized representatives reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, delay, and/or modify the contest dates, events and/or method of entry at any time. WOBM-FM may be excused from its obligation to execute the contest and/or events if its performance is delayed or prevented due to any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, public enemies, war, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, labor disputes or strikes, and any acts by any governmental authority.

12.  Millennium Radio Group, LLC reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated a Millennium Radio Group, LLC rule as outlined above.

13.  Winners hereby allow WOBM-FM to use their name, voice and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any other authorization and without additional compensation.

14.  A copy of the official rules may be obtained by stopping by the WOBM-FM office during regular business hours, by send a self addressed envelope to WOBM-FM or on the station web site WOBM.com.

15.  Odds of winning the daily prize are based on the number of active “WOBM Loyal Listener Club” members that register for this contest.  Odds of winning the grand prize are 1:46,656.

WOBM-FM is not responsible for failure of any caller to successfully dial the radio station or any callers who may be disconnected.

16.  WOBM-FM reserves the right to change or alter the official rules, method of entry and/or prize(s) without prior notification.

17.  The decision of the judges is final.

18.  WOBM-FM intends to keep your email information confidential and does not intend to make your address available to any company or organization outside of Millennium except as required by law. However, we may occasionally send you an email about a station event. Your participation in this contest by email constitutes your invitation that we do so.  If you do not wish to receive such mail, please respond with NO MAIL in the
body of your email.
19.  Due to the nature of our programs that are heard on-line over the internet, programs heard on this radio station’s internet audio stream are slightly delayed from the time the programs are heard on the broadcast station, and will be running behind the broadcast signal. Thus, all content heard, including news alerts, contests, traffic reports, and more are delayed. This also means that when WOBM-FM contests are played that requires a specific caller to telephone the radio station, listeners to the on-line audio stream may be at a disadvantage in participating over those listeners who hear the contests on-air.  In any event, those who participate in the station’s contests, including this one, by listening over the Internet, should take this time delay circumstance into account in calculating the actual dealing within which they must call the station back and speak to an announcer.
